Bridge Replacement - Swanson Road, Auburn
PROJECT DETAILS:
This project at the Swanson Road Bridge over Interstate Route 290, in the Town of Auburn, involved the removal and replacement of the concrete bridge deck along with concrete repairs to the substructure, and 150 feet of road improvements along Swanson Road. The project also required extensive traffic control and coordination with the State and the municipality. MAS was able to meet the major project Milestone of opening the bridge to traffic before the November 14th deadline, with only the structural steel painting to be completed in the spring.
