LOCATION
The work under this Contract, beginning approximately 350’ west of the existing Bridge No. M-03-003 and ending approximately 290’ east of the existing Bridge No. M-03-045, consisted of excavation; full depth reconstruction; pavement milling; demolition of existing Bridge No. M-03- 003 and Bridge No. M-03-045; bridge reconstruction; cement concrete sidewalks; granite curbing; pavement markings; traffic management and other roadway improvements.
The existing structures were replaced with a single-span bridge consisting of cast-in-place foundations and a NEXT beam supported concrete deck. The construction required water control/diversion and a full road closure.
