PROJECT DETAILS:
MAS managed the steel fabrication and installation for this 31,000 SF addition to an existing assisted living facility. We used two separate fabricators to keep the project on schedule. Major obstacles included doing work inside an occupied facility, field fabrication due to existing building conditions, and a tight time schedule.
